Based in Orlando, FL, Phillip has over a decade of experience working with local, state, and federal candidates and elected officials in Florida, New York City, and Washington, D.C. — most recently as Executive Director of the Florida Democratic Party.

Phillip began his career as a high school history teacher in Miami, FL with Teach for America.

Since then he has worked for leaders like Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Andrew Gillum, Charlie Crist, and the 19th and Dr. Vivek H. Murthy, the 19th and 21st Surgeon General of the United States.

Phillip lives in Orlando with his rottweiler, Lana.

After graduating with a degree in psychology from Columbia University, I spent several years in the classroom — an experience that catalyzed my desire to work in politics and work to make the lives of my students and their communities better.

Since then, I have worked on local, state, and federal campaigns at every level — from organizer to campaign manager, fundraiser, and have served as an on the record spokesperson.
